It is with great pleasure and pride that the Balcrank Board of Directors announce the appointment of Mr. Mike Smith as President and Chief Operating Officer of Balcrank Corporation effective 1st January 2024.
Most of you already know Mike Smith, with over 10 years’ experience in different levels of the Balcrank Corporation sales organization. One year ago, Mike accepted the position of National Sales Director. Mike brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to that role. Together with his product and market expertise as well as his close relationship with our customers and his leadership skills, he has led the Balcrank Corporation organization to an outstanding growth rate.
As President & Chief Operating Officer, Mike will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets, establishing productive and professional relationships with current customers and identifying potential new customers.
The Board of Directors trust and are excited to see how Mike will continue to progress in sales and develop new business for the Balcrank Corporation from this new position of President & Chief Operating Officer.
